T.R.I.B.E. Principles

The T.R.I.B.E. (Turning Resilience Into Brilliance for Eternity) at Whole Systems Learning was built and is maintained today under the organizations core principles - Truth, Respect, Seeing, Commitment, Power and Rich. Each principle resonates differently amongst the TRIBE but all principles fostered equally.

  • I am here for a purpose. My life experiences are preparing me for greatness, and this is only the beginning. My actions may have hurt others and myself, but every experience has served a good and right purpose. I am not a mistake. I am worthy.

  • I am a genius. I am respecting my brilliance, dreams and emotions.

  • I am seeing the gifts in my wounds: My rage leads me to transform as I understand that people are who they are and not who I want them to be. I can ask: what’s good about it.

  • I am where I should be. I commit to stand and face my fears here, and run toward the roar.

  • I will not give up my power to others by blaming or following. I look past ALL obstacles, and take ALL responsibility to get what I want.

  • Abundance is within me, in the creative ideas that pour out of me every second. I will invest in my dreams and in my own idea of success.

Inside The T.R.I.B.E.

Inside the TRIBE training there are different workshops like Know Thyself; which breaks down the 6 principles of knowing who you are and where you come from. There is also Emotional Awareness, Healing Circles, Entrepreneurship and Wealth Building, and The Matrix; Recreating the Mind.

Our youth program, 16–24-year-olds, will have the possibility to enroll into paid internship programs after completing TRIBE training. Once the individual’s complete TRIBE training, they can pursue their goals by entering our Audio OR Video production program. These programs consist of 150 hours in our facility, and 150 hours in a studio in the community. If an individual wants to go into another industry, such as construction or transportation, our job developer can help train them in resume writing and interviewing along with guiding them to employment in that particular industry.

We also have a podcasting room that individuals can utilize at any time during our office hours. They can even establish their own podcasting network using our equipment. Once they are part of the TRIBE program, they are part of the TRIBE for life. Whole Systems Learning’s doors are always open for the individuals to utilize for their success in the next step towards their goals and their future.
